About This Project
The Superlative Group was hired by Michigan State University to complete a University-wide Corporate Partnership strategy. The scope of work includes a full asset inventory and valuation, packaging strategy, category development, revenue generation development planning and recommendations for establishing a University Wide Partnerships office for MSU. As part of the assessment, the project team will conduct an analysis of the Fair Market Value of all high-level University assets in order to determine the revenue potential for sponsorships, preferred partnerships or naming rights opportunities. The analysis will also include a full audit of existing corporate relationships at MSU, which include sponsorships, naming rights, pouring rights and indirect spend agreements.
