Superlative was retained as the exclusive agent for Xavier University’s new basketball arena. Working directly with the President’s office, Superlative completed a comprehensive valuation including Naming Rights, sponsorships and premium seating revenues. Following the valuation, the project team completed a sales campaign that exceeded the initial projections and provided the University with the necessary revenue streams for successful operation of the facility. Additionally, the project team valued and sold the media contract on behalf of the University. As sales agent, Superlative secured over $55 million in revenue, including the basketball arena’s $10 million Naming Rights to CINTAS Corporation.
